[Bug]: Following something as ghost will toggle darkness and ghost vision

Describe the issue

When you ghost, the first thing you follow toggles darkness and ghost vision, any other jumps/follows doesn't do it. However if you say join as a ghost role or something, then ghost again, it will do the toggle again for the first follow you do, only the first time though.

How to reproduce

1. Ghost
2. Follow anything
3. Notice darkness and ghost vision are toggled off
4. Turn them back on
5. Follow something again
6. Notice it doesn't happen anymore until you ghost again
