Stuck at Node running or Node syncing #44
Comments
Exactly same issue on my side. |
I found this: https://x.com/patrickbennett/status/1888269574698574290 So it seems that there is a problem in the underlying algorand node. Once they release their next version, I will update A1CN. Until then, I would just keep trying. I've personally seen a user have it not work 3 or 4 times and then on the 5th try it started to work. When it finally worked for them, they had just barely restarted their computer and the only app they had running was A1CN. That could be purely coincidence but maybe it'll help get you over the syncing hump. |
Thank you! I'll give it a try. |
Thanks for the feedback! Confirmed. I am back online |
Gave it multiple attempts this morning. I restarted the app and the system, but no luck still. For now, I guess I will stay put until the next version is released. Appreciate it, Aust! |
@minnjay Algorand updated the binary this morning. I just released v1.6.1 that has the new binary. Give it a try and hopefully it works for you. |
I still observe the snapshot shared above but will give it try again tomorrow. |
The software has been working fine and I was able to mine since the Algo rewards went online. On February 8, the software stuck in the two stages above. It stopped voting and proposing. I updated my Mac OS and also reinstall the software. I also cleared the cache folder but the issue remains. Is it a legitimate issue?
I am running on M1 Mac Mini.
Mac OS: Sequoia 15.3.1
