CI Failures - Project doesn't support 3.10

Very easy fix here, the thing that's interesting is the jobs for Ubuntu, and MacOS are successful due to switching their python versions automatically https://github.com/AutoIDM/tap-zohosprints/actions/runs/1613707943 , Windows isn't for a completely different reason. It'd be nice to force the python version here, but an easier fix is to just drop 3.10 from the list in the github actions list.
