apprise -vvv is very nice as you can see a bunch of debug logs about the notifier you're using. The tap should support turning these on via config flag or something

See https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Development_LogCapture to accomplish this instead of

import logging
logging.getLogger("apprise").setLevel(logging.TRACE)
