Wheel scrolling in electron standalone app, or touchpad scrolling on Mac OS Laptops, should be fast relative to wheel speed. Acceleration should reflect system settings, as should units (lines to scroll or screens per unit).
Observed
Got a Kensington Expert Mouse, which is a trackball with a scroll ring. This requires their custom mouse drivers on Windows 10. No matter the settings on the Kensington drivers nor the settings on the built in Windows Settings on the Mouse panel, wheel scrolling in Simplenote is extremely slow, requiring many rotations of the wheel to scroll a page. No other native app has this problem, and VScode (another electron app) scrolls efficiently as well. I've only seen this in Simplenote, both standalone 2.21.0 and the web app.
Reproduced
Can reproduce in every use. Using KensingtonWorks 3.1.6 with an ExpertMouse Trackball.
Where did you see the bug
