[Bug]: Payments Block - Admin email unsubscribe page is outdated/broken

Quick summary

The Payments block, formerly Simple Payments, will send email updates to the address associated with the block's Stripe connection notifying them of recent payments received. This email has an unsubscribe link that appears to work as intended, but, the unsubscribe page that the customer is redirected to has a few flaws:

• Apparently, the resubscribe button does not work as expected (untested)
• The descriptor for the mailing list that they are unsubscribing from reads simple-payments rather than a user friendly/updated Payments Block

Steps to reproduce

Set up Payments block with a Stripe account
Send test payment
Await email from the block notifying payment received
Click unsubscribe to see the unsubscribe page

What you expected to happen

I expect to see the current name of the block, Payments Block
I expect the resubscribe button to add the email back to the block's mailing list
I'm not sure we should even offer a way to unsubscribe from payment notifications without deleting the plan to begin with.

Resubscribe button doesn't appear to work

Discussion: this is already tracked in Trello here: c/TA2yzx1r-tr/94-email-unsubscribe-nice-copy but hasn't been updated since 2019. We should probably work on this as part of the payments block sprint if we can.

I'm currently testing this and waiting for the payment to be marked as complete to check the emails state.

I'm unable to trigger an email on my end similar to what's been presented in the P2 above nor am I able to see a reference of the previously named "Simple Payments" method:
