Steps to reproduce

1. Happens on jetpack.com
2. Add a new page
3. Choose Newsletter - the patterns flicker continuously (see video below)

What you expected to happen

No flickering

It flickers

Impact

One - so far - haven't replicated it on other sites (works OK on my personal WP.com site running Business plan)

Available workarounds?

No and the platform is unusable - it's hard to pick a pattern

Workaround if you need Newletters patterns on jetpack.com (which I'm guessing you don't...this is more reported in case it is happening on other user facing sites).

Patters can be accessed in the Editor.

I'd lower this to [Pri] low unless it can be reproduced on another site.
