During a walkthrough we tried to search in /support, but the results returned were not great.

Why

To give better guidance to users.

Probably these types of inputs would be more useful for our AI bot?

Also, if I'm not mistaken this is powered by Jetpack Search, but I'd like to confirm. cc @jeherve if you know more

Just did today actually, I had missed that.

This issue was discussed a bit on p9Jlb4-ftl-p2#comment-14958

Almost no one actually uses the search this way (based on actual search logs). We'd like to spend time on improving it, but there are more important things at the moment.

I'm not sure we need to keep this issue open for it. I created a high level project for improving it: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack-roadmap/issues/2144
