CFT: Fix tooltip being broken in email upsell page

How to reproduce:

• Create a domain
• Do not purchase any professional email
• Enable the revamped view entering window.sessionStorage.setItem('flags', 'calypso/all-domain-management') in console
• Reload the page
• Go to calypso.localhost:3000/domains/manage and open the domain
• Select the Emails tab
• Switch the inner tab to monthly
• Check that the tooltip is broken
