Breath of Fire II Extraction Audio and Garbled Text Issues #65

When extracting Breath of Fire II (WUP-N-JBEE), the audio sounds incredibly off and the text that generates upon creating a new game is garbled / nonsensical. Eventually the game freezes. Tested the .sfc rom on SNES9X.

The dumped ROM has the wrong size. According to Dat-o-Matic, it should be 3145728 bytes, but in the snessizes.csv 2621440 are set. See https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=show_record&s=49&n=3911

When I fixed that on my computer, I got a 32 Mbit ROM, which worked fine. Although I played only a few minutes.
