• Identify gaps and changes in the Arch Board activities and processes due to TypeSpec.

• Determine any requirements for the release planner or scheduling tool.

• Management plane: Naming Review - Azure DevEx Arch Board  #4601

@maririos I spoke with Kyle and Ronnie yesterday. I opened to GitHub issues to track when the scheduling tool should be invoked in the Public Preview release plan for the "Introduction to the Developer Experience (DevEx) Architecture Board" meeting. I will work with Kyle and Ronnie to confirm the entry criteria and timing in the release plan for the task.

I place the milestone to be '2023-01'. This could be closed when Release Planner can cover both Data Plane and Management Plane SDK release.

This GitHub issue is related as the Intro Meeting is recommended for new services or new products (with new initial APIs that will have new initial client libraries) that will be using Cadl + DPG. #4598
