Massive ice trails in oceans; ruining the pond decorations around spawn.

I've asked the Thaumic Exploration devs to add a config option to disable the ice generation, as I don't want to disable the boots permanently. But until then, I have disabled them.

Disabled with minetweaker temporarily; pending config option.
