Question: Where does the bcgov class come from within the pipeline?

I just took a look at my Jenkins file for https://github.com/bcgov/devhub-app-web/blob/master/Jenkinsfile#L99

I noticed there is an object there that seems to be coming out of no where. The reason i ask is i'd like to extend the GithubHelper for it to create/assign github labels.

@patricksimonian, it comes from a Jenkins Shared Library:
