OneBlock - Blocks don't regen in the Nether / The End Island

Describe the bug

We should be able to have a nether and the end island with the same pattern as the main one, with a netherrack block and end stone, and when we mine it to regenerate as the main generator, (even the grass block doesn't work).

To Reproduce

Use OneBlock add-on, create the oneblock.schematic same for oneblock_nether & oneblock_the_end, add all the schematics in the oneblock config, go in the nether and try to break the block it will not regenerate.

Additional Information

It will be really good if the nether and end work as the main island.
