Describe the bug

When a hopper minecart is clicked on the rail but not summoned, it still shows as a hopper in is blocks. Even after running the /is admin recalc player command, the value remains unchanged.

To Reproduce

Prevent entity summoning and click a hopper minecart on the rail.

How do I prevent a minecart hopper from summoning?
Also, 1.20.1 is not supported, which means that even if I have a solution, it won't work on your server and you'll have to update it.
