How can it be used? I'm trying various configurations but with poor results and no log.

hi @markuz899,
i just came to this repo and it works well in my setting (using ftp + tls).
when e.g. using wrong credentials an error is thrown in the strapi console (using the latest master branch version btw).

you may could try to add some manual debug log by changing node_modules/strapi4-ftp-provider/index.js
