please can you add a favicon for the support site.
also additional context on ticket pages may be helpful rather than "HahhebHKK" "Money Penny » Hahheb"

+1 - not bothered about the favicon but a <title> summary would be great

What! Favicon's are the be all and end all of the UI experience.
