Colorful phase names

I want to add this because it is a little addition that will make the phase names more colorful

in my opinion it should look like a second field "nametitle" and it will not be possible to enter the title with the color code "& 1, & 2" etc. and the previous field "name" will be the name to be displayed e.g. on scoreboards or gui
