single_easy_bin inconsistent across multiple machines

When an identical command for the single_easy_bin with strobealign files is run, it is getting different results when run on different machines. All of them have the same set seed, but are yielding different numbers of output files for the pre and recluster bins. The same runs on the same machines are identical, but when run on different machines, they are always different
