I just did a new release for two projects using the packager. Both use the exact same main.yml file to run the packager via GitHub Actions, and I ran both within a minute of each other at approximately 01:40 AM local time (GMT+2) on June 30th.
One release is marked as being done on the 28th, and the other is marked as being done on the 29th. It doesn't seem to take the current date when generating the release notes, it looks like it takes the time/date of the most recent commit instead. (Also not translated to my local timezone.)
Is this intended behaviour?
