[Feature] Top bar color mismatch in Windows dark mode

Problem Description
In Windows Dark Mode, the app's top bar turns black (instead of dark gray) when the app is active, while the app's color in Dark Theme is dark gray.

Proposed Solution
It would be great if you could choose a harmoniously matching color for the top panel in the dark theme, like in MacOS app version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the application settings, set the theme parameter to "dark mode" or "follow the system"
2. Set dark mode in Windows personalization settings
3. Open the app and click to app window to make it active

Expected Results
The app's top bar is same colour as all app's interface (dark gray)

Actual Results
The app's top bar is black
