C# "filter param" return an error #476

Hello,
thanks for any help
Maybe i have done something wrong?

the code do not work with the "filter param" and it work without "filter param"

` public string cancelallorders()

    {

        var param = new Dictionary<string, string>();

        param["symbol"] = "XBTH21";
        param["filter"] = "{\"side\":Sell}";



        return Query("DELETE", "/order/all", param, true);


    }
