We want to recognize those folks that donate $200 USD or more each year.

These will be called foundational supporters.

Document Foundational Supporters Threshold, and the process of identifying, notifying, and updating the list. #624
Create Archive that will be copied to our organizational repo
Add names of (non-anonymous) donors to a list in _data for this year and last year #626
Add their names to the support page #625
