In /how_to/be_a_conference_delegate.md, we need to document how members of the community can effectively represent BPD at conferences. The created docs will include instructions on running the BPD booth and issuing tickets.

Anyone with conference experience who is willing to collaborate on our Discord to gather best practices from experienced delegates can take on this task.

I dont know what you consider as conference experience does attending tech conferences count?
