I am using Windows 10 and if I open it shows blank.

Here are my PC stats

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100
RAM: 8.0 GB
GPU: Intel integrated graphics

I don't have much advice to give you. Update your graphics drivers, update audio drivers. That's it.
