更換後: cpu : 9800X3D gpu: 5080
螢幕: 4K 144
更換前一切正常，更換後MapleStory 1080p 啟動 Anime4K 幀率只剩下40，MHWs只有個位數。
Driver: 572.47

補充 擷取方式從Graphics capture 換成 GDI或Dwm就正常了

情况和 #1076 一样，WGC 捕获的帧率较低，我猜是驱动的问题
