https://saythanks.io/to/lifebalance shows me this error:

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (psycopg2.OperationalError) could not connect to server: Connection refused
	Is the server running on host "10.100.1.228" and accepting
	TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
 [SQL: 'SELECT * from inboxes where slug = %(slug)s'] [parameters: [{'slug': 'lifebalance'}]]</p>
