I have been working on the webapp since I started using boostnote. So today when I opened one of the notes I had been working on lately, the note I wrote the day before is gone. It always auto save everything, I don't know why this is happening.
Expected behavior
Is there any way I can have my notes back? The last updated time for the note does not match the latest time I updated it.
Steps to reproduce
Environment
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
-->
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
This is boostnote legacy repo, the legacy app does not have Web app, there is only desktop app.
The boostnote next had web app for some time which was deprecated and only desktop app was available.
The new boostnote cloud repo has web app as well as desktop app.
Can you screenshot the apps you are using? The servers for Web app were long gone, there is new Web app for boostnote next cloud app, in that case it should work normally, and you need account to use it.
If you have lost your notes In that app, please join our slack and ask there.
If you were using deprecated Web app, probably the notes are in local storage, in that case please join our slack and contact me so we can investigate further.
