I think this will cause a huge problem for pi 4 or below users if they see build 26100 selectable on their board that is too old to boot it.

obviously using More options and choose an exact Windows version then 22631.2861 is a option for people but not everyone will notice that option.

Despite what this image says:

The Windows 11 install has been "frozen" on that screen on my Raspberry Pi 4 for a full 24 hours, so I'm assuming this is the same issue you described.

Update: Confirmed that selecting 22631.2861 worked fine on the Pi 4, this would be a very useful addition for people who are new to ARM Windows.

issue: The wor flasher completes without any errors but the pi does not boot. I have tried it with a bunch of win 11 and 10 builds. all updates are installed including stable eeprom.

Debian works fine

Edit: turns out it does not like 1200p displays waiting for it to get into set-up
22631.2861 works, waiting for it to install no errors yet

got chatgpt to make me a new config

hdmi_mode=87
hdmi_cvt=1920 1200 60 6 0 0 0

It works :)
