Escaped URI Does Not Work #1

I generated a link with a host set and then escaped the part following the # to get:

http://pricing-engine-app1-uat.snc1:7090/#%7B%22connections%22%3A%5B%22pricing-engine-app1-uat.snc1%22%5D%2C%22graphs%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22showMetrics%22%3Atrue%2C%22mode%22%3A%22graph%22%7D

I used the encoder here:

http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp

This caused remet to fail to render the page. Brandon has details on the cause and possible fixes.
