How to add a new label to an issue

1. Click an issue

2. Open the issue in a new tab by clicking the '...' in the upper left corner

3. Navigate to Labels on the right side of the screen and click the wheel.

4. Inside the drop down menu and choose 'Edit labels.'

5. Select the green "New label" button in the upper right.

6. Enter your label on the left in the area that says 'Label name.' You can change the color of your label by clicking on the colored box below the word 'Color.' Choose 'Create label' on the right to complete the process.
