Allow use of USB-A to USB-B converter so those with faulty USB-B ports can still plug in to PC/Console #297

I do not know if this is possible with the way USB master-slave protocol works.

Context

Several Canutes have had faulty USB-B connectors, possibly due to rough handling causing the solder to work lose, possibly due to shorting. Its a small issue so a shame to return a Canute for that purpose alone, especially as the USB-A ports are not used when Canute is in display mode.
