What happened?

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Waterfox browser.
Go to Browser Privacy settings.
Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select "Strict".
Close the browser.
Reopen the browser and check the Enhanced Tracking Protection settings.

Expected Behavior

The Enhanced Tracking Protection should remain set to "Strict" after reopening the browser.

Actual Behavior

The Enhanced Tracking Protection reverts to "Custom" after reopening the browser.

Environment

Version: [6.5.3 (64-bit)]
OS: [Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, Build: 19045.5371]

Additional Information

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the issue persists.

Reproducible?

I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
