Not able to connect with Tomochain testnet bootnode

Hello Dev Team,

I am setting up a Tomochain masternode for Testnet. and I have done all the steps mentioned by following this documentation.

I've set the environment variables as well. while starting the binary, the testnet node isn't able to make a connection with specified bootnode in the documentation which as following [enode://ba966140e161ad416a7bd7c75dc695e0a41232723e2b19cbbf651883ef5e8f2528801b17b9d63152814d219a58a4fcc3e3c877486e64057523f6714092348efa@51.159.20.13:30301].

Kindly help me to make a connection with active testnet bootnode, proceed further with the setup and syncing process.
