The only problem with the packages was that a single folder named like the ZIP was on level 1 again, i.e. instead of zipping e.g. “issue-files” and “jdh-2024-0009.open-issue”, a folder named “jdh_jdh-2024-0009_oi_2025-01-03--15-52-14” was zipped. For me, it also seems counterintuitive to not add that one layer, but it is how it is. I quickly unzipped, re-zipped the two folders contained in the unzipped folder, and renamed the archive.
