See "All Our Project Are Belong to Octocat" in discussions.

This card is for rescuing them, saving the data, and maybe putting them in a new project (but maybe also migrating them to GitLab or JIRA or somewhere less likely to swallow our data in the future).

It is also to test putting an actual issue on the Projects board.
