Integration of pre-trained model files to NiChart_Workflows

NiChart_Workflows uses multiple models (e.g. DLMUSE model for segmentation, COMBAT harmonization models, SPARE models, and Centile values for data samples). These models should be stored/organized in a way that will allow us to pull specific models for each workflow (without letting the user figure them out).

The models were integrated as part of individual packages, fetched from HuggingFace (https://huggingface.co/nichart).

DLWMLS and PredCRD (transformer model for DLMUSE ROI Volumes (.csv) to 5 SurrealGAN R-indices) models will be uploaded and fetched from the HuggingFace.
