install_bb_python.sh fails

I'm trying to get gradunwarp running to redo some preprocessing steps. I'm unable to install it though, because get_pip fails - it seems that the oldest version currently available is too new to run with Python 3.5.1. This seems to be in part due to not being able to find a sufficiently old version of openssl.

Is there an updated version somewhere that either runs on a newer version of python, or has a frozen version of get_pip that's compatible with this repository?

Alternatively, since all I really need is gradunwarp, is that available separately somewhere else?
