Current hover and selected state of label has shadow, outline and a box with a box effect (all should be removed)

• Big bug, colors are not unique when creating segments which presents an issue. Colors repeat in section rows.
• Selected row color/hover should be #DDF1F7
• Width should match the section expand collapse row sub headers
• No way to tell once a link has been made.Upon label and segment link being created. A blue check box should appear to provide visual affordance.
• Update text to provide clearer instructions to users "Segmenting means selecting and highlighting a specific part of an image. After segmenting, link it to the correct label that describes what the segment represents." Please refer to mock.
• Segment box color is opaque; lower priority, but it would be great if we could match the mock and reduce the opacity. It would increase readability for users
• Make sure the template image doesn't bounce around
