DevEx/OpEx

We need to check the files submitted through the staging flow successfully delivered all the output files to the container

One thing to check is that all input files have matching output files. If they don't, the test should fail (this one is already implemented in #1543)

Another is to check that the output files were delivered after a Submit Messages action happened. We could either:

  • check how old the files are when running the automated test and make sure they are not too old
  • check that files are today's date and fail if no files are found. this option could pair well with: Organize output files for Automated Tests  #1523
