Blocked: HCO waiting for SOW documentation to be signed. Per PHL procurement process takes 6-8 weeks. Adrian to update details.

Currently held up by the procurement process. Oschner needed to sign attestation form confirming who at the lab has authority to sign SOW on behalf of the HCO. Now contract is with LADPH legal moving through the process. Expecting 6-8 weeks, may be longer. Unclear how long Oschner will need to ramp up once contract is in place.

Several rounds of review have been completed with Oschner. They did not have a results profile in place, so they will be updating their results to match the labs. Once the lab's results profile is done, they will be able to adapt the same profile. It will just need final confirmation.
