How to configure a domain name instead of an IP address for callhome in netopeer2

I just put the domain name in the remoteaddress now, the call failed, and the call was successful when it was configured as an IP address before

Hi, that should be the correct way to do it. It works with localhost, but to my knowledge I don't think it has been tested using an actual DNS resolution. Are you sure there aren't any network/setup (e.g. make sure it uses the right port) issues, have you tried pinging the domain? What netopeer2/libnetconf2 versions are you using?

This is using traefik as a proxy so that the outside world can access the things I deploy on the server.
I can access my service normally, but after installing netopeer2 on my computer and performing the following configuration, my callhome function cannot resolve my domain name.

I have improved the message a bit but the code is the same and I do not think there is anything else we can do. So if the DNS for your domain fails, it must a problem on your system.
