PolyPen: Allow Ctrl RMB drag to lasso select

Ctrl + RMB drag is Blender's default hotkey for lasso select, and it works in every tool in RF4 with the exception of PolyPen.

I notice that a Ctrl RMB click (not click drag) in PolyPen will do an extrude to cursor. It looks like a happy accident and that it's just being passed through from Blender, but having that feature alongside PolyPen is... pretty awesome and it would be cool to keep that functionality alongside lasso select if possible. One for RMB click and the other for RMB click-drag.
