How to change system config?

Hello, thank you for your great work. I am new for andes, so my problem may be very easy. I have read the document about how to set system.config. But I am not able to change it by ss.config.freq = 50, here is my code:

import andes
from andes.utils.paths import get_case

andes.config_logger(stream_level=20)

ss = andes.load(get_case("ieee14/ieee14_fault.xlsx"))
ss.config.freq = 50
ss.TDS.config.tf = 10  # Set simulation time to 10 seconds
ss.TDS.config.tstep = 0.01
print(ss.config)
print(ss.TDS.config)

and it prints the blew info, which seems the config setting failed:

Thanks for your reply. It was solved by create a new andes.rc file.
