My thoughts are not to eliminate the number of votes per organization but to prevent a single organization from swaying a vote. Something like: |
This feels like a reasonable proposal, though it does strike me as very forward looking -- maybe not a current issue, but mitigating a potential future issue? |
You are right, this is not a current issue. We are working through a charter review and being one of the few truly open working groups with no membership limits it was just a thought that came up while I was reviewing it. |

Working Group Membership
The charter clearly states there is no limit for membership for a given organization but should there a limitation to the number of votes per organization? Hypothetically, an organization could have multiple members and undue influence.
