Validation for nodes with no constraint fails #167

Using the nested OPT, the node at0002 is a DV_ORDINAL that doesn't have a constraint.

The ingen generates a value for that node that is totally random.

Then the validator doesn't validate the generated value.

If there is no constraint ANY VALUE SHOULD VALIDATE!
