What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?

following scenario:

• In a form there is a Advanced File Uploader 2.0 field that gets hidden / visible conditionally, triggered by a drop-down in the same form
• the Advanced File Uploader 2.0 field is set to required

the problem:

• if the uploader fields is hidden it's still validated and the required constraint is not fulfilled. I.e. you can't see the field but it's still complaining about being required and missing a user input
• note: with regular File upload fields this misbehavior doesn't happen
