Feature Request: Require confirmation for harvesting in garden

I hope this is both within the scope of SimpleTweaks and not an already-existing tweak that is just waiting its turn to be updated.

I would like a confirmation popup between me and harvesting a plant in my garden. This would hopefully make it harder for me to accidentally harvest something I do not want to harvest whilst tending and fertilizing my other plants. As it is, if I click on a harvestable, the options are Harvest Crop and Quit; there is no "Are you REALLY REALLY SURE?" window that pops up to confirm that I do indeed want to harvest. Save my plants from me, and me from myself?

If an additional dialogue window isn't possible or Simple, other options I can think of (and I dunno if any of these would be simpler) are making it so the default selection for that popup is Quit, or adding a dialog popup that happens when I try to interact with something that can be harvested.

Or maybe there's a way for me to disable that Harvest option entirely without a plugin, like in Subcommand Settings... but if so, I could not find it. :(
