Casting Text Visibility weird standard setting, weird look and does not safe changes

Hey. Above mentioned plugin lets the castbar looks like this with standard settings.

Also the colour is different than normal (guess it's kinda bugged or a mistake) and moving the position thingy to align the text to the castbar does not get saved after restarting the game. (Cast Bar Adjustments as reference)
