Bug Report - A W:A Terrain Background is Missing. #27

I have been testing out the W:A terrains and one terrain background appears to be either not working or is missing an asset. The missing background comes from the Tools terrain. I have used the installer twice just to make sure it didn't come from the installer itself. Yet is still missing.

This is a known issue. Unfortunately when converting the W:A terrains, TOOLS was the only one with an issue. The background would have a solid black colour: d897a25
